Kenny Slaught supports the Hospice of Santa Barbara in their involvement with elementary schools up to college level. The groups of volunteer visit the schools and organize meetings with students affected by traumas. The meetings strive to offer support and invite teens to self reflect in order to avoid getting involved with illegal substances. Employees are provided training on how to improve their communication when it comes to topics like violent death. The Hospice of Santa Barbara is connected with 65 schools that rely on it for emergencies.
